DoubleM Finance Tracker is a personal finance management service that helps you record expenses, income, accounts, credit cards, bills, loans, reports, AI-assisted entries, Telegram workflows, API activity, and subscription features.

You may use DoubleM only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, or the security of the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing any AI-generated suggestions before relying on them.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, connected integrations, and API keys.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of the service.

DoubleM is designed for tracking and organizing your personal financial information. It is not a bank, lender, accountant, broker, tax adviser, or financial adviser.

Reports, summaries, reminders, AI outputs, and dashboard insights are informational tools only and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

You remain responsible for your financial decisions, payment obligations, filings, reconciliations, and verification of all records.

Some features may be limited by plan, usage quota, subscription status, or technical availability. Paid plans may include higher limits or additional capabilities such as expanded AI usage, API access, or integrations.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time while working to preserve the core value of the service.

You may not misuse the service by attempting unauthorized access, bypassing plan limits, scraping protected data, disrupting infrastructure, uploading malicious content, or using DoubleM for fraud or unlawful activity.

You may not use AI, API, or messaging integrations in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or the terms of connected providers.

You retain ownership of the financial records, notes, files, messages, and other content you submit to DoubleM.

You grant DoubleM the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so we can provide the service and requested features.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or connect is lawful and that you have the right to provide it.

We work to keep DoubleM reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party providers, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular financial outcome.

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of DoubleM after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
